Note: If testing passes, rethink the `include_boundaries` argument's location within the function definition (here and in `ColorBarContinuous()`). Also, `VizEquiMap()` has `\dots` as its last argument, while `ColorBarContinuous()` has `...`. It's a minor detail but maybe we can make it consistent.
