Fix inconsistency in parameter 'mask' in VizCombinedMap vs VizEquiMap

Merged abatalla requested to merge dev-mask_consistency into main

This MR addresses #26 (closed) and includes the following changes:

  • Adds a transparency gradient to the mask in VizEquiMap.R, to match VizCombinedMap.R
  • Inverts the numerical meaning of the mask in VizCombinedMap.R, to match VizEquiMap.R (0: masked, 1: unmasked)
