@ocollado , this issue is to track the changes we need to introduce to HERMESv3_GR for the Plan O3 v2 runs (i.e., basically the modifications of shipping emissions)

@hpetetin , can you remind me:

• which hermesv3_gr branch you are using for the Plan O3 v2 runs
• which EI_configuration*.csv file are you selecting to run hermesv3_gr from the list of configuration files in auto-monarch?

We will create two specific hermesv3_gr branches:

1. for the Plan_EP_2030 (where shipping emissions will be reduced -20%)
2. for the Plan_EP_2030_60ship (where shipping emissions will be reduced -60%)

@ctena , to reduce shipping emissions we will modify the monthly profile (as right now HERMESv3_GR does not accept scaling factors for all the domain, only country-specific). Can you remind us which lines from the code should be commented so that the models does not crash if a monthly profile does not sum up to 12? Thanks!
