I've finished the implementation of the new vertical extrapolation options.
I've tested the functionality through a Jupyter Notebook tutorial and added a more test in the Vertical interpolation test (3.1)
Once merged, I will start the procedure for releasing the 1.1.4 version of the NES library.
It is necessary to merge ASAP to start the package creation ( create NES release and install the module in Nord3 & MN4), so unfortunately, we need to skip some phases, like creating the unit testing.
