fixing the issue with the datacoupler run

Merged Amirpasha Mozaffari requested to merge data-coupler into amirpasha_issue_3_replace_namelist_with_yaml

Etienne has fixed the issue that recent co2 box model development was incompatible with datacoupler . It will merge with the branch that will replace the name list with yaml. The source branch will remain intact.
