PlotEquiMap: axis interval cannot be smaller than 1
Summary
PlotEquiMap() parameter intylat
and intxlon
indicate the interval of axis. The default is 20. However, when they are set < 1, the function returns error:
Error in seq.default(latmin, latmax, intylat) : invalid '(to - from)/by'
It is because in the function, these two parameters are rounded, so they become 0 if they're < 1. The round lines (https://earth.bsc.es/gitlab/es/s2dv/-/blob/master/R/PlotEquiMap.R#L823) should be removed.
Example
data <- array(sample(1:4, 21*13, replace=T), dim = c(lon = 21, lat = 13))
data <- data + 0.5
lon <- seq(2, 3, 0.05)
lat <- seq(42, 42.6, 0.05)
PlotEquiMap(data, lon = lon, lat = lat, brks = 5, bar_limits = c(1, 5), filled.continents= F, intylat = 0.05,intxlon = 0.1)
