New SignalNoiseRatio and RatioPredictableComponents functions
I'm opening this issue to let you know that @llledo and I are planning to include two functions (of course, if you find them suitable) in this package. The functions are:
- SignalNoiseRatio(), which computes the signal-to-noise ratio (Eade et al., 2014; Scaife and Smith, 2018).
- RatioPredictableComponents(), which computes the ratio of predictable components (RPC) as in Eade et al. (2014).
I will open a new branch and the merge request with these two functions to let @llledo test, review and modify the functions keeping track of it.
