Change time_dim default value in Season() function
As @rfernand reported, the default value of time_dim may be changed to 'ftime' instead of the current 'sdate'. Typically, users will load one start date for many years (Novermber 1st from 1970 to 2000) to perform their analysis. Therefore, they will select the season in the forecast time dimension.
The original default value in s2dverification was posdim = 4 which corresponds to forecast time dimension in the fixed data structure of s2dverification.
I think we can proceed with this modification.
