Bugfix: Error in CDORemap when interpolating from irregular grid to gaussian grid

Merged vagudets requested to merge dev-fix_cdoremap_irregular_grid into master

The solution to the bug is to change the calls to match() to match dimensions by dimname instead of dimension length. More details in #114 (closed).
