I have just added the new indices functions (they are in AMV.R, GMST.R, GSAT.R, SPOD.R and TPI.R files) for them to be included in the s2dv package. In addition to these files, I have added the .Indices() function (it contains the common code for all the indices) into the Utils.R file.
Could you please have a look at the documentation of these functions just in case you want to add or modify anything? I have tested these functions and they work for me, but you can also test them if you want.
