This is a bug I found when dealing with s2dverification issue 245. The method to put NA in per-paired obs and exp was wrong in s2dv::Clim. I fixed it, revised the unit test, and compared with s2dverification::Clim and apply(). They are all consistent now. We can confirm s2dverification::Clim issue first, then come back to check this one.
