RatioRMS() is now included. One thing unique about this function is that it requires all the dimensions to be target_dims in Apply() because, for one input, it uses the maximum of all the values as the criteria to adjust the values. rms2[which(abs(rms2) <= (max(abs(rms2), na.rm = TRUE) / 1000))] <- max(abs(rms2), na.rm = TRUE) / 1000
. I don't know why it needs this step (only for the 2nd experiment 'exp2' but not the 1st experiment 'exp1' but I keep it to be consistent as s2dverification::RatioRMS. And Apply() is still used to retain 'ncores' option.
