Hi @aho,

I have included a new function in the branch develop-DiffCorr of s2dv. The correlation difference is useful to compare two deterministic forecasts. The statistical significance is estimated with a one-sided test for equality of dependent correlation coefficients following Siegert et al. (2017; https://doi.org/10.1175/MWR-D-16-0037.1). The function is in the following link: https://earth.bsc.es/gitlab/es/s2dv/-/blob/develop-DiffCorr/R/DiffCorr.R

The function already has documentation, basic checks, and it is in an s2dv-like format. Could you please have a look at it and let me know if I have to add/modify anything?

@eexarchou has kindly accepted reviewing the function. Could you please test the function and provide any feedback that you may have?

Thanks a lot!

Carlos
