Load(): Bug when loading some ice data, path pattern too complex

As reported by @rcruzgar , Load() stops in some cases with the reason that "a too complex path pattern has been provided".

data <- Load('sie_TotalArc', 'i019', NULL, '20051101', leadtimemax = 1)

I explored the error and it's a bug in the Load() function, in concrete in the .ReplaceGlobExpressions() in Utils.R

To be fixed and released ASAP.
