Load() tries to load wrong forecast files ...

Hi,

Load seems to try to load files which can't exist because its assuming a forecast range which is smaller than the start date. The script which is being execeuted is in /home/Earth/obellpra/R/multivariate_comparison/monsoon_data . Can you have a look @nmanubens ?
