Hi,
The branch develop-loadGlorys can read Glorys data. Also, I added some variables to be read, namely: so (SSS, i.e. sea surface salinity), temp_lev10 and sal_lev10, which are subsurface ocean temperature/salinity at the specified levels. The name 'so' is standard cmor name for SSS; 'temp_lev10' and 'sal_lev10' are my own inventions. I am not sure if those options are useful in a master branch, perhaps @vguemas can help me here? Finally, if ORAS4 is specified as an experiment name (I do not think this was an option before, I think it was only nemovar_s4), it can point to a directory in /cfunas/obs/ecmwf where it reads data. The same data can be also read from /cfunas/exp/ECMWF because in this 2nd directory I created symbolic links. I think it would be best to have a consistent way to read ORAS4 data, so perhaps, perhaps @vguemas can say something about it? Also @cprodhomme and @nmanubens?
Cheers,
Eleftheria
