Correct bug if CHUNKSIZEUNITS is not in months

    Hi @mcastril @otinto . This bug fix allows to run with CHUNKSIZEUNITS not in months but also in years. It is not a very important bug fix as it can be solved putting the chunk size in months and doesn't have to have to be in the next release of auto-ecearth but I mention it here so it is not fogotten.
