Error in unserialize(socklist[[n]])
Hi Nuria, I have been trying to run StartR in Nord3 and when I launch my jobs, I have the following error while loading the data:
Loading... This may take several minutes... Progress: 0%Error in unserialize(socklist[[n]]) : error reading from connection In addition: Warning message: ! Warning: Parameter 'pattern_dims' not specified. Taking the first dimension, ! 'dat' as 'pattern_dims'.

You can find further details under the following directory. All the chunks have failed with the above mentioned error.
/gpfs/scratch/bsc32/bsc32016/startR_hpc/STARTR_CHUNKING_2999570903/STARTR_CHUNKING_2999570903/computation
I have used the following script of mine to launch jobs in Nord3 (You will see the Compute call below "Launching jobs in Node3" comment).
/esarchive/scratch/bsolaraj/gitlab/multi-annual-heatwave/HMD_study/Scripts/StartR_Compute_NH_testCC.R
Thanks in advance for letting me know what could have caused this error. Cheers, Bala
