Modify the inner dim check for missing or wrong name dim. It helps checking dim when retrieve = F

This is an enhancement for issue #41 (closed) . If retrieve = F, Start() wouldn't detect the wrong dimension definition (e.g., wrong name, missing dim). I added additional checks to detect the problem earlier.
