This branch is for updating startR to the improved s2dv::CDORemap. It includes: (1) change s2dverification to s2dv in startR (2) a new use case using sdv::CDORemap in the startR workflow for irregular regridding. I've done this a long time ago but waited for the bug of CDORemap() to be fixed (which I've done last week.)
Though we decide not to work on Start() irregular regridding for now, I think we can include this fix so startR and s2dv are at the same page regarding regridding.
