Here are two use cases for irregular grid interpolation. They require the new s2dv::CDORemap to work well, but it hasn't been included in the library yet (in master branch only.) We can leave this merge request here until we have the new s2dv release and after !153 (merged) is merged. At that time, I want to create unit test based on these use cases.
