Hi @smoreno, in this branch, so far I have added 'mn5' and 'amd' as options to use Compute() with Autosubmit, which should remove the error you reported:

Cluster component 'queue_host' must be one of the following: local,nord3,nord4.You can use this branch to try to run Compute() on MN5 with the conda environment. If you need any help testing it let me know.
