Could you consider to merge this new piece of documentation? It is a work around for issue #44 (closed)

It is a FAQ n.11 and a Use case n.5 in section 1 explaining how to load grid point data.

In the code of the Use case, it is also shown how to create a dimension 'gridpoint' by manipulating the loaded data and a comparison with the case of loading the data with ncdf4 to confirm that the data is correct.
