RPSS and RPS functions were failing when na.rm=TRUE and all time steps in a grid are NA. Now it returns NA.

This file has been edited to be able to load some variables such as ta, hur, and ua at upper levels (e.g., 500 and 850 hPa) using the Loading module.

First version of crossval dwn. still there are things to do. CSDownscale functions are also being adapted.
