Fixed a bug in SunsetProvVisualization() and added directory info for the ensamble_mean_forecast graph node

Added a functionality to SunsetProv.Visualization. Now all generated PNGs have the JSON file attached and can be dragged to the METACLIP interpreter and obtain the provenance graph

Made modifications to SunsetProv.Command, fixed the Unit test to be more flexible to changes, and organized the branch files

Fixed some bugs and added provenance extraction for Modelling Centers directly from conf/archive.yml file

Finished the 2nd example test. Provenance for El Niño indices calculation (quite complex to adapt the provenance funtions)

Integration of provenance functions inside SUNSET's modules + 1st succesfull test. Working on the second one, having problems with SunsetProv.Skill()

Added new features to Prov.Dataset to identify Individuals (ModellingCenters and DataPRoviders) that are already defined in the METACLIP ontology. All provenance is automatically appended to each node when using the interpreter. Moreover, I fixed some issues with Prov.Skill

Added more documentation annotations and comments to the functions. Revised all function are correctly structured and indented

Created a new conf/ file 'variable-dictionary-provenance.yml' where all provenance data is stored. It's an extension of the already defined 'variable-dictionary.yml'. Also included the provenance graph inside the s2dv cube so all functions take as input 'recipe' and 'data' and give as output 'data'. Everything working fine

New Scorecards provenance function. Added functionalities to identify the last computed node when computing Verification and Visualization provenance

Fixed some errors in the current functions and started developing a function to describe visualization provenance. Still on the works to add more provenance information of each graph, but works fine for now.

New 'sunset_prov_verification.R' function to describe the Skill module operations. It's been developed within the METACLIP ontology framework, adapting the vocabularies to what's useful to us. Still, waiting for the extension to happen to adress the matter with more detail
