Bug: Problems loading leap year data (Seasonal verification)

@allabres detected a bug in daily seasonal verification that returns this message upon Loading:

data <- load_datasets(recipe)
# Error in indxs[sdate, ] <- days[!(format(days, "%m%d") == "0229")] :
#   number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length

At a first glance, it seems like the bug is in the line that removes February 29th from the dates array in leap years. Alba, can you please provide a link to the recipe you were using? If you think there's any other useful info I didn't mention, feel free to add it as well.
