I have finished converting the 'Regrid' options from the recipe into the 'transform' parameters of Start().

The code is already reading the latitude_sort and longitude_CircularSort requirements from the dictionary conf/archive.yml

You can run it (being the working directory auto-S2S) as shown here:

nperez@bscearth327:/esarchive/scratch/nperez/git/auto-s2s> Rscript OperationalCS.R recipes/conf_user.yml recipes/seasonal_oper.yml
