Bugfix: save aggregated metrics properly for S2S4E format

Merged vagudets requested to merge dev-fix_save_metrics_aggregated into master

A bug in the save_metrics() function, it was calling the metrics parameter by the old name skill when extracting the information on the aggregated region name.
