Include extreme_probabilities in output_size.yml and update forecast_map name

Merged abatalla requested to merge dev-output_size_add_extreme_probs into master

Hi @vagudets,

This is for the update to the output_size.yml file that you mentioned earlier. The changes:

  • swap forecast_ensemble_mean for forecast_map
  • copy the parameters from forecast_map under extreme_probabilities

On my side it's ready to merge.
