Draft: Fix rpss outfile name in plot_extreme_probs.R

Hi @vagudets,

This MR addresses two small fixes (stemming from #163 (comment 357945)):

  • Corrects the outfile name in plot_extreme_probs.R when the mask is applied (append _rpsssmask instead of _enscormask)
  • Updates the forecast_map name in Visualization.R error messages
