Add Ethiopia and update EU for BigPrediData

Hi @vagudets

From merge request 173, "List differences between Nadia's working branch and the plain cross-validation + Compute() branch," I am updating the output_size.yml with the Ethiopia region.

I have also updated the output_size.yml with the information from BigPrediData branch (@ptrascas) for EU and Mediterranean.
