Update AS version to 4.1.14 and use new AS machines

Merged vagudets requested to merge dev-update_autosubmit_machine into master

This change is needed due to the decomissioning of bscesautosubmit01 and bscesautosubmit02. The new machines only have the following versions of AS available:
