This MR avoids overwriting data when a recipe is split over multiple regions using the 'scorecards' output format. The region name is added to the output directory.
If the Scorecards are requestes (Scorecards:execute: yes) then requesting more than one region is not allowed, as the subregions for the Scorecards are dependent on the region that is loaded during the workflow.
