Automatisation of copy of files to ftp via cron. Instructions and location of cron files

I've created 2 executable files that are called daily/weekly via cron to copy the relevant figures to BigPrediData's ftp folder. I've updated this information in the project's readme. Could you please push this request to the master so it gets updated?
