Simplify seasonal loading module to get correct time dimensions directly from Start() call

Merge after next release of startR (3.0.0)

This MR contains a simplification of the load_seasonal() function so that time the dimensions of the arrays loaded by Start are automatically [sday, sweek, syear, time] in all cases without needing adjustment after the Start() call.
