Add Visualization options for Output_format: 'Scorecards' and other improvements to Viz module

• New colorbar for Scorecards skill scores
• Usage of s2dv::clim.colors()
• Handling of triangle ends customized to each variable
• Adapted forecast plots to the case where anomalies are being plotted (colorbar is centered at zero, 'anomaly' is added to variable name).
