Use read_yaml() instead of yaml class and add a level to the archive

• Made changes to load.R and the functions it uses (dates2load.R, regrid.R) so that they will work with the read_yaml() fun instead of the Recipe class.

• Changed the archive structure as suggested by @aho and modified regrid.R accordingly.
