Fix a bug that caused Anomalies and Calibration modules to fail when trying to save a non-existent forecast

Merged vagudets requested to merge dev-fix_saving_nofcst into master

Added the condition that data$fcst is not NULL when attempting to save the forecast if 'save: all' is selected in the recipe.
