- changing the case of string from upper to lower or vise versa should be treated in a similar way in all sets of templates...

- Improved the use of perturbation of IC's w.r.t. atm, oce and ice by eliminating the use of parameters PERT_method and PERT_member and introduced new set of parametes ATM_ini_member, OCEAN_ini_member and ICE_ini_member into expdef.conf.

- In order to generate the COMPLETED files uniquely along with monitoring information the AS-HEADER and AS-TRAILER kind of parameterizations introduced for local and remote jobs separately into all sets of templates.

nemo3: a new set of templates has been introduced for running nemo-standalone experiments (for reference please give a look at m022)
