Develop vignettes

Merged Eva Rifà requested to merge develop-vignettes into master

Includes the correction of Analog_vignette reported in issue #98 (closed). There have been the following corrections:

In CST_Analogs() function

  • Added initial checks for longitudes and latitudes vectors here and removed them from Select() function.
  • Reorganised and added some initial checks

In Analogs_vignette

  • Changed sentence into:

There are 15 ensemble members available in the exp data set, 6 starting dates and 3 forecast times, which refer to monthly values during 3 months following starting dates on November 1st in the years 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.

  • Corrected the format of the vignette: Analogs_vignette.Rmd
  • Corrected the use of data dimensions indices.

Other

  • Updated the figures due to few differences.
  • Added test file for checking the modifications in the initial checks test-CST_Analogs
  • Modified test-CST_QuantileMapping.R to reduce the pipeline running time.
