Functions to transform formats to s2dv_cube() and as.s2dv_cube()

Hi @dverfail!

I have created two functions that I think are necessary for the consistency of the package:

  • s2dv_cube() for creating an s2dv_cube object for people that may load their data without CST_Load (for instance, using library ncdf4) and
  • as.s2dv_cube() for transforming data loaded with Load from s2dverification or Start from startR.

Could you review these functions so we can include them in the next release?
