This is an improvement to PlotForecastPDF functionality to:
- allow for independent terciles in each panel
- allow for independent extremes in each panel
- allow for independent observations in each panel
Also a vignette with three examples has been added.
Please, note that a dependency to s2dverification InsertDim has been included.
