Calibration exposed to user

Dear @vtorralba and @bertvs,

I have just found a small problem with Calibration function.

The user can see the documentation in the CRAN pdf or in the R session by typing ?Calibration but when trying to execute the function it fails because it is not expose to the user.

The problem has been fixed in the branch 'develop-ExposeCalibration'. You can verify now that the function is listed in NAMESPACE and there is an example in Calibration.

Please, corrected or add any comment that you consider necessary, and let me know if you agree with including this fix in the next release.
