    steps to do it :

    cd /gpfs/scratch/ehpc01/bsc032120/dvc-cache-nuno/dvc-tmp/nemo/V40/eORCA025_Z75/common
ln -sf /gpfs/scratch/ehpc01/bsc032681/dvc-cache-de340/nemo/V40/eORCA025_Z75/common/shlat2d.nc .
dvc add shlat2d.nc
rm shlat2d.nc

    and then git push it (shlat2d link is removed because the new shlat2d.nc.dvc was created)
