jobcomp/script - Add a bunch of new fields.

Add the following fields as environment variables:
CLUSTER, DEPENDENCY, DERIVEDEC, EXITCODE, GROUPNAME, QOS, RESERVATION,
USERNAME.

LIMIT env variable value format (which means the TimeLimit of the job)
has been modified to D-HH:MM:SS.
