ALTERED API CALL slurm_get_job_steps 0 has been changed to NO_VAL for both job... 

ALTERED API CALL slurm_get_job_steps 0 has been changed to NO_VAL for both job and step id to recieve all jobs/steps.  Please make adjustments to your code.
