Change what we store in the database with regards to memory related

tres usage averages and totals.

Previously it was the total of the last check of the ranks.  This proved
to be lacking as some ranks would already be reporting zeros making
totals and averages confusing.

We decided totaling up the max values instead of the last values was
the most useful/explainable option.
