Additional bitmap operations added for scheduling including NodeName2BitMap 

and BitMap2NodeName.
Added timers to controller functions.
Enhanced node name parsing to accept clusters of consecutive nodes
(e.g. "lx[01-04],lx[10-12],lx[18-22]". - Jette
