ok, it looks like we got it all!, at least all the nodes are accouted for.  I have to make sure all the wires are correct still though

ok, if we would copy the list for each block only having the connections listed there before sending it out things will work fine.

ok, it appears to build correctly, but not sure if it works right.  the slurmctld starts up on a fake system and then dies with database issues

ok, quite a bit of progress, but need to figure out what to do with the wire_test program or not put so much in the bridge linker, I think I am going to the latter
