Solves issue 51 “Do not allow to open Technical reports and Publications modal windows in mobile screens“

Technical reports and publications can't be uploaded with script: change name of field "type" of content type "Document" to "document_type"

First part of “In the section to download file in Dissemination, trim the file name if it does not fit”

Remove top and bottom margins from share component in tech reports and publications and remove extra character from the page to share version of the tech reports and publications pages

Remove unnecesary class (“modwin-main-content”) from the breadcumb of the “page to share” of documents and disseminations

Load presentations through Ajax (JS code was not being called) in the modal windows opened from the Resources page

windows will call to the code in main.js

Solves #9 (Show overlay during page initialization so that navigation menu for mobile is not visible, uncollapsed)

2) Integrate Rodolfo implementation of the Resources page (no need to use viewlet for the filters section because I removed a class from the theme/index.html that makes the main-container full width)
